Shipping

EU & Worldwide: We post worldwide from Cyprus. As standard we use the Cyprus Post Registered mail service for all deliveries within EU or Worldwide. The delivery time estimate ranges from one to four weeks depending on your location and season. Fixed cost of  €10 for deliveries up to 0.5kg with Cyprus post registered service. For parcels heavier than 0.5kg the price will adjust accordingly.

Courier service

Orders can also be shipped with express courier DHL, cost start from €36. For parcels heavier than 0.5kg the price will adjust accordingly.

Cyprus Orders

All deliveries within Cyprus are shipped at your home address Akis Express or ACS for a fixed cost of €4. 

Orders over €100 will be shipped for free!

Purchasing

After you complete a purchase on our website you will receive an email with the information of your order. If you used a Visa/MasterCard etc your order will be processed within 2-3 working days. If you used a bank transferred, then your order will be processed once the balance is cleared in our accounts. After your order is processed, you will receive an email from us with which will also include tracking number for your parcel.

Insurance

All our packages are insured up to €100. For orders over €100 the Buyer has the option to insure their package upon checkout for the full value for additional cost. Please be aware that if an item is lost an investigation by the Postal service or courier can take up to 3 months before declaring the item lost. Only once the parcel is officially declared lost, we will proceed with the refund., when purchasing from MS Horizon Numismatics Ltd you agree to these terms.

Overseas Buyers: Customs
Please note that if outside the EU some countries restrict the import or charge import taxes on items such as silver and gold. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that items are allowed to be imported and the paying of any required customs charges where applicable.

Refunds & Return Shipping
You may return your item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Bullion purchases are exempt from being returned due to fluctuation in market price of the base metal.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (Usually 5-6 working days).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise , shipping cost is paid by buyer.

If you need to return an item, please Contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.     

*Please note that refunds and cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover initial site and card handling fees. A full refund refers to the amount we received after these processing costs. These are typically between 2% – 4.5% depending on original payment method used.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: [email protected]
